Some are saying it's the American version of V Fest. Others think it's an HFStival type thing to make up for the lame line up at this year's concert. The Racounteurs are also rumored to be playing there that day.
it was also just confirmed on pollstar, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah are playing at pimlico, too
