Play Music with Rock Stars

My best friend and old roommate used to spend hours playing guitar along to classic rock songs. Now there is a site, DreamMusician, that allows you to download music a la carte - sort of like karaoke with instruments. You'll have the following download options:

• Full Mix
• Full mix without the lead guitar
• Just the lead guitar
• Full mix without the rhythm guitar
• Just the rhythm guitar
• Full mix without the drums
• Just the drums
• Full mix without the bass
• Just the bass
• Full mix without the keyboards
• Just the keyboards

Music options are broken down by major and indie label content (although indie music appears to be a work in progress). Downloads are $2 and there is also an option to send in your own music. Interesting concept for aspiring musicians or anyone who just wants to play along with the classics. I was pretty quick to hop on the La La bandwagon and I've been pretty pleased with the results so far. We'll see if this one catches on.
