Here, There & Everywhere

Noel Gallagher, I wish I knew how to quit you. He's taking digs at James Blunt, his brother, and the Welsh. On a similar note, one of the best parts of the Coachella DVD is the juxtaposition of Saul Williams and Noel Gallagher discussing the topic of music's ability to change the world. It is really well done...and I am sure you can figure out what side of the fence these guys are on (hint: they are facing each other).

Coolfer talks variable pricing at iTunes and provides a link to more on that topic.

The Pitchfork lineup has been updated with

"A-Trak, techno specialist Mathew Dear, booty masters Spank Rock, Thrill Jockey jazz veterans Chicago Underground Duo, Brazilian party-starters (and recent Sub Pop signees) CSS, and genre-smashing DJ duo Flosstradamus. We'll also serve up a double dose of Wilco, with performances by percussionist Glenn Kotche as well as guitarist Nels Cline, collaborating with Tortoise's Jeff Parker in the Jeff Parker/Nels Cline Quartet." - Pitchforkmedia.com
Maximo Park has a DVD on the way. Their album, A CERTAIN TRIGGER, was one of my favorite albums last year.

Need some ideas on what singles to download? This list is what all the cool kids are listening to (it's Filter-Mag's radio singles chart that focuses on college, indie, modern rock & alternative)...

Add Secret Machines to Bowie's fave new band list (TV On The Radio is already there, along with some others)...

I might have already posted this, but Gnarls Barkley's ST. ELSEWHERE is available for digital download (see iTunes) and it won't be available in stores until next Tuesday...

(Nas + The Roots + Mos Def) x NYC = Bigtime Potential

Info on the Dylan biopic.
