There is a good review of the Wolfmother album here. I'm really starting to gain a level of trust with their reviews. They're written in a language that the average music fan can comprehend which is more than I can say about Pitchfork (as discussed in the recent Washington Post article). Sure, Popmatters won't carry the same cache and Pitchfork is great in many other ways but I think Popmatters is leading the pack as an extremely viable alternative.
