Six Degrees of Separation: Dino Jr. to Busta

*Dinosaur Jr. is re-issuing two CDs this week, 1993's WHERE YOU BEEN and 1991's GREEN MIND.

*J Mascis, former creative force (vocals/guitar) for Dinosaur Jr. now plays drums for Witch, whose self-titled debut came out in March of this year.

*Witch is featured on Kemado's INVADERS album, along side the likes of Black Mountain, The Sword, Dungen, The Fucking Champs, Pelican and Wolfmother.

*The Wolfmother song "Love Train" is featured on the INVADERS album. This song is not featured on Wolfmother's Australian debut, but is on their American debut. This song is currently being used for iPod commercial.

*Daft Punk's "Technologic" was also featured on iPod ads. This year, Daft Punk released a best-of collection titled Musique: Volume 1 (1993-2005).

*"Technologic" was sampled in the Busta Rhymes song "Touch It." Busta Rhymes has a new album out June 13th, called THE BIG BANG.
