Odds & Ends

The Killers are making "the best album of the last 20 years."

Stereogum's Red Hot Chili Pepper handout is hilarious. But, I still love me some John Frusciante.

CD pirates beware! Arrrr!

The Tool concert from Coachella is available online (flac; registration req'd).

Prefix's review of Gnarls Barkley's ST. ELSEWHERE.

Razorlight is racing against time with their follow-up to UP ALL NIGHT.

Check out Keane's new video to "Is It Any Wonder?"

Very favorable review of the Strokes live at Prefixmag.

20% off staff favorites at Insound. There's some good stuff in there: The National, Daft Punk, Neutral Milk Hotel, Fiery Furnaces, Raconteurs, etc.

Spin did a feature on Murder By Death yesterday.

Billboard did a feature on Dresden Dolls yesterday.

I guess this is different from the Coachella DVD I received in the mail yesterday.

There will be a new REM album before 2006 is over.

I became addicted to two tracks on the new Tool album ("The Pot" and "10,000 Days").

The new Pearl Jam is phenomenal. Standout songs for me, so far, are "Marker In The Sand" and "Come Back."

I am also completely hooked on Band Of Horses - EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME.
