New Artist Spotlight: The Little Ones

Just to prove that there is a softer side to Metro Distortion, I wanted to pay tributue to The Little Ones, a new band based out of LA (and to Coolfer for the heads up). These guys are pure pop and rather than make comparisons to other bands, I'd rather you hear for yourself. I think there is a unique quality to this band that stands out from the Shins of this world. I should say, however, that I'm a sucker for hand claps. The Sing Song EP is scheduled to release on April 18, you can buy it on their site.

This first tune is the true winner here, if this song doesn't grab you then don't bother with the other two.
