Dance Rock Played Out? Visit Foreign Islands

For those Bloc Party fans out there? I came across a song today that reminded me of something that would fit up along side a collection of Silent Alarm b-sides. The group is Brooklyn-based Foreign Islands and they've been getting some good press based on their live shows in NYC across the past year. Others have compared them to Les Savy Fav and Thunderbirds are Now! and although I don't particularly like either of those bands, the lead single, "We Know You Know It" from their upcoming album Restart Now! (that certainly won't help the Thunderbirds Are Now! comparisons) isn't bad. Have a listen:
