The Wire --> Generation Kill

I just finished watching the final episode of The Wire. I thought it was excellent. Plenty have said that it's the best show on television and I agree. I'm actually depressed that it's over. However, the end credits revealed HBO's reward to its die hard fans by promoting Generation Kill, the 7 part mini series event from David Simon and Ed Burns. Sold. Can't wait for July.
